How to create a contract against customers on GetzPAID?

For Merchants:

  1. Select the "Contracts" tab from the menu.
  2. Click "New Contract".
  3. Choose the contract type.
  4. Enter details: Amount Frequency Start date Other relevant information
  5. Select taxation (if applicable).
  6. Enter the contract purpose
  7. Add documents (if required).
  8. Click on 'Save Draft' or 'Preview Contract.'
  9. Click on 'Preview Contract' to review the details. Click on 'Generate Contract' to create a contract
Notification will be sent to both Merchant and Customer on their Registered Email ID that the contract has been created.

As a customer, how can I view a contract created by a merchant on GetzPAID?

  1. Access the contract by logging in using the link received via email.
  2. Click on "Menu" and select the "Contracts" tab to preview the contract.
  3. If no changes are required, follow these steps: Click "Accept." You will be redirected to the NPCI website. Authenticate with the account number. Select "Payment mode." A mandate will be created
  4. If changes are needed, follow the steps below: Enter a comment for "Request Revision." Click "Request Revision." Notifications will be sent to both the Merchant and Customer on their registered email IDs to make necessary changes. If the request revision is not approved by the Merchant, the contract will remain unchanged and hence mandate will not be created.
  5. If the request revision is approved by the Merchant: The Merchant logs in to the "GetzPAID" account. Click on "Menu" and select the "Contract" tab. Select the specific "Request Revision" contract made by the customer. Click "Edit" and make the necessary changes. Click "Generate Contract." Notifications will be sent to both the Merchant and Customer once the necessary changes are made.
