- Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your registered email ID
- A new password will be generated and sent to your email.
- Log in with the auto-generated password. [You can change it later.
- Select 'Profiles.'
- Click on 'Change Password.'
- Enter your current password and the new password.
- : Confirm the new password and click 'Update.'
- Verify the OTP sent to your registered email.
- Log in again with your updated password

What happens if a customer's bank account information changes?
As per NPCI the amendments are not allowed via programming API’s. It can only be don’t through banks but it’s still under development with banks. Due to which in the current scenario it’s advised to cancel existing mandates and create a new one.
